I have an 02 Glastron I/O SX-175, small runabout. I have been looking for a wakeboard tower for it. Ive narrowed it down to Skylon swoop sport tower. Anyone have any other suggestions? Or pictures of small boats with towers on them? I live in Northern Montana, and four months of boating didnt justify shelling out big bucks for one of the big boats, so I have to make due. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Make sure you e-mail skylon and ask if the tower will fit on your boat
If it doesn't go with the JOYSTICK ROLL-CAGE

My guess is that those who post negative comments are not actual boat owners. Real boat owners understand the cost of owning a boat and also realize that everyone has a different cash flow. I wouldn't even make fun of a fishing boat pulling a wakeboarder. That would be like making fun of a fat person in the gym. At least they are trying.
All I have is a skylon, not a tower, and I'm sure people could laugh at that too.

If it goes, I'll ride behind it. I'm looking to purchase a Moomba this year, but previously we rode behing a 1984 citatation I/O, with duct tape keeping the exhause together. We would have to re-apply the tape every few runs, because the exhause would burn a hole in it.

Might try BigAir Pylons. I had one on a searay 180, good tower, cheap, looked good. Negatives, pain to install, but then again, most generic towers are. Only other negative was the mounts stuck out a little too far, making docking a pain. However, cheap is cheap.
