What kinda camera do you have? D8 or DV?
If it is either of those you will need to get a firewire card and cable. I bought a soundblaster audigy and it had firewire built in. As far as software goes, the easiest program to use that has the most powerful stuff I found to be Ulead mediastudio. It does almost what the professional editings do but it is easy to do everything. I can hook you up with a copy if you need one. |

if you think you piking up an inexpensice hobbie, your not. I have spent over $2500 making a video. from editing software, cameras, water housing, memory RAM, almost 500 gigs of hard drive, dvd burner. and a bunch of blank dvd, cause your going to be making a bunck of copies, and chances are, its going to take 20-30 dvd's before your get it perfect. but let me tall you, ive spent a lot of money, and its worth it. I made something that i get to keep for the rest of my life, and its a great feeling when people tell me i didnt make it becasue its so good. _________________ I dont think so Tim |
