Whenever i try a heelside front, i do a frantrum or an s-bendish thing. I know this is a common problem but how can i fix it i have a sequence that might help.

you are letting your arms out while throwing the trick keep your elbows locked to hips and at a 90 degree angle

like matt said, try and keep ur arms in. also, try and cut all the way through the wake and really load the tail.

Elbows in, Chin on your chest (don't throw your head back), and when you pop you want to try and dive over the nose of your board.
I've seen people do these when learning a front but never seen one in a sequence,
good shots.

I do the same thing. when I come back in the boat after the run, everyone says: you should do the front ? i'm like yeah I just did and they say it's a tantrum..., grab a beer and you'll feel better.
try to nosegrab it that way, your front hand won't give you the spin like the tantrum. so you'll be facing the boat in your rotation

Lifeless44, id say, give it a little more edge and go for the S-bend!

| im no pro on frontflips, but it looks like you need to go more over the rope. think about going straight over top of the rope. its hard to explain but like pull it hard into your hips and try to go straight over it. like i said im no pro at this trick but i think this might help. the sequence looks sweet by the way.
