What is the best way to weight a SAN? How much weight do you run in the front/back

I run about 400lbs on each side of the engine, about 600lbs in the locker and another few hundred up front. We don't always ride with that much weight. In fresh water the stock ballast actually does a pretty good job... especially if you have people who don't ride all the time.

Stock+350 in each rear locker+680 in the center+500 laying perpendicular to the boat in the bow+5+- people in the cabin.

last time I'll give my input. all internal (we have wedge tanks) 350 on each wedge tank, 575 in the bow (200 is tractor weights in the nose, 375 sack)
