doing ollies (jumping w/out the wake)

I am having trouble with doing jumps w/out the help of the wake, I can go wake to wake with no problem and can do some simple grabs and such , but can anyone tell me how to get air without the wake?

you have transfer your weight from the back of the board, to the front, then to the back. you have to rock the board kinda like an ollie on a skateboard.

here is how i ollie

cut out with a progressive edge and at the peak of the edge set the board flat

then push on your back foot real hard while lifting your front foot

then lift ur back foot to the same height as ur front foot and stomp the landing
