I started on a Liquid Force Balance balsa core board, and have ridden other boards, but I always find myself coming back to the balance. I cannot find another board that has the combination of speed, stability, and pop, while still being relatively easy to break loose for surface tricks. Does anyone else ride this board. I would like to hear more opinions.... _________________ "There are two things I cannot stand in this world, people who are intolerant of other peoples cultures, and the Dutch" |

| I have been having the same experience, I have tried a ton of boards and just keep coming back to the balance. I will continue to keep trying boards if for no other reason than I like to see what else is out there. When I find one I like better I'll buy it, until then I'll keep riding the balance. |

I have been riding the Balsa Balance also and love it. It is just an awesome board. I am surprised more people don't ride it. _________________ Skiing made me board,

Lyle, that is exactly what I have been thinking. I keep looking at everyone elses boards on their racks when they go by, and I never see any balance's, but I cannot understand. I keep trying other boards because I think I am missing something, but I never find anything even close to the balance... I am glad to here there are others like me out there.
To those of you out there that have not ridden one, you should... there is nothing like it out there. It is one of the fastest yet still in complete control boards I have ever ridden. _________________ "There are two things I cannot stand in this world, people who are intolerant of other peoples cultures, and the Dutch" |

| I was thinking about getting a balance, but I was having a hard time choosing between that or the team, but I am kind of used to continuous rocker |

I have a 2003 balance 140 with the balsa core, and love it. It is a great board with great pop and speed. _________________ why buy fat sacs when you can bring fats chicks |

I have a 2002 Balance - I love the board as well, especially with the center fins out. The board is so much fun to ride! _________________ If you do not like your job, you don't strike....You just go in there everyday and do it really half a$$ed.....Now that's the American way - Homer Simpson. |

I've been demoing boards and have ridden an 03 Balance 140 several times. Very nice board and right up there at the top of what i've been able to lay hands on so far.
I think I'd like the rocker to be a bit more though although I haven't ridden one in about 1.5 months now. |

I also just made a board based off the balance, and increased the rocker. Talk about some serious pop. It was awesome.
We were out riding last night talking about why more people don't ride this board. One guy was talking to guys at local shop and all of them agreed, and admitted to being balance closet riders. We came to the conclusion that since none of the top pros are riding (correct me if I am wrong) the Balance it does get a lot of publicity therefore shops don't push it. _________________ Skiing made me board,

Nanistia, took my line, dog-on-it!
Tons of people ride the Balance around here. My local shop has sold over 15 of them since the season started, and for my small area, that's a quite a bit. |
