Hoochie Krypt?

I need help with learning a hoochie. I tried it 5 times yeterday and i was having one problem. I'd let go with my front hand to get the grab but this would cause the board to point striaght up and then it wanted to come down switch (ie krypt). I planned on video taping it, but we forgot to load the camera in the car. So any help would be appreciated.

sounds like you are probably turning your head, make sure you are looking straight ahead, or a little to the left of the boat at the water so you can see your landing. Turning your head is what causes you to go to fakie at the end.

You can also focus on keeping your front shoulder down when you go for the grab and makin sure that you are poping fairly evenly off of both feet off the wake.
