It's about 5 hours from Seattle to Spokane. You should check the www.nwsessions.com site. There is one more contest after this one over at GigHarbor.

I would guess there will be about 20-30 riders.

The question is not "how many riders will be there?" but, "who will be there?"

I will, so that should give everyone reason to show up Laughing

Seriously, it will be a good time. Expect a drive of a little over 5 hours from Tacoma (I'm driving from Gig Harbor).

In the past, they've had some pretty darn good prizes. 1st (in any division) is usually good for a new board or pair of high-end bindings. 2nd is usually a wakeskate, a nice vest, a rope and handle, or a grab bag of assorted shirts, vids, etc. 3rd might be a sweatshirt or something.

I'm not promising anything, but I doubt the winners will be disappointed.

i competed in the august 14 nw sessions stop. they gave away some really kick ass stuff too. some really good riders showed up. 30 people? ha, my town is tiny compared to spokane and there were more like.....

-15 thirteen and under
- 10 novice
-11 or so intermediate
- maybe 7 womens
- 5 masters
-6 advanced
- and around 9 semi-pro

i'll put it this way, the event started at 10 and they went non-stop the whole time. by the end the thing was over, the sun was pretty much gone and the tower lights were a must

It was a blast though, if you can get there, id recommend going
