i beleive that every hyperlite has em and most liquid force unless they have those cupped fins. I think that wakeworld tells whether or not they do. any specific reason? or you just want them? _________________ Keep Austin Weird |

BleedingDead, thats funny, how can you have the HL logo thing as your avatar and think they don't have molded fins....
Yes, savage3221, you are correct. Im pretty sure most of them have molded fins. Well the main ones do, some of the older ones don't.
Heres a link to wakeworld for the hyperlite line.. take a look at some 04's, because they should be getting rid of those soon.

and heres your LF line

Molded fins are those that are not removable. they are molded into the shape of the board. Temets, Premiers, Byerlys, and Era's all have molded fins. _________________ TONA

ahh, the classic last resort after a cyber-genius is outed....spelling. I guess this is where Im supposed to come back by pointing out your punctuation error, right? Nah, maybe you should just go find the molded fins on your Temet. If you really work both brain cells you will notice that not only does it have them, but they are in different places on one side from the other.
That should keep him busy... _________________ TONA

most wakeboards now have rails on the side, which I guess could be called molded fins. Mostly, they aid in edging, especially when riding finless.
And yes, the temet does have removable fins, but so does every other board. The temet also has the rails on the edges of the board.
beasoldierprstn, I'm not sure where you can get the information. You best bet is probably to look at a local shop or to check the websites (hyperlite.com, liquidforce.com). I'm pretty sure the websites will tell you what level the board is at. However, I would not buy a board just because it's an "intermediate" or "advanced" board. Riding style is very important when selecting a new board. |

Every wakeboard ever made has rails on the side. The side is what a rail is. A molded fin is not a rail. _________________ TONA

beasoldierprstn, I would really check out the LF Litmus and the Evo. They look to fit what you're looking for. I think they are both great intermediate boards.
Check out liquidforce.com -> boards for info.
Looks like there's a lot of confusion about boards. Rails aren't mold in fins. Here is a pic of the temet. The red circles the mold in fins. There is a difference between mold in fins and chanels. Chanels are groves that are made in the board. The Temet has a lot of features. It has mold in fins, chanels, and removable fins. If you look at this picture you can see them all.
Red = Mold in fins
Blue = Chanel |

| The fusion is a really loose board. I don't know if that's the best board for an intermediate. You have to really like a loose board. I would think a subtle 3-stage or continuous with mold in fins would be the best combo for an intermediate board. |
