What video compressions do you video creators use? The first wakeboard video i made was with no compression and it was like 30 gig bytes long!! i can't even fit a 5-6 minute creation on a dvd disc. I need a good compressor that has good quality. MPEG-2? im not sure. thanks

If it helps i use adobe premier pro and after effects 6.5

MPEG 2 is what is used to compress DVD movies, so yeah it would be a good choice... Or if you plan on putting it on the web, there's DIVx that is good too

Maybe you didn't tweak the settings well? I'm not the most experienced guy in video compression, I just know a few things, but nothing much, you gotta experiment I guess!

Is it possibly the interlacing? If you are going to view on a TV you want interlaced, but it wont look good when played back on a PC. Progressive is for PC, but not for TV, so you wouldnt export progressive if you want to make a DVD, although the file would look good on the computer. Comprende?
