I guess that 's what it is called. I saw a guy doing these at Pickwick Lake in the early spring this year, but other than that I've never seen or heard of them. Can anyone do these? _________________ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 |

| Ive seen people do them off rollers next to a wake from a double up. Being able to do it out in the flats without anything else for a ramp would see really hard. |

Haggy102, your thinking off a air frontroll. I'd imagine the frontflip would be way harder. You tend to see these type tricks in older vids like with kovak. he does like air mobes but it seems very complicated |

Thanks good responses. The guy I saw was only slightly outside the wake holding the position and as he hit the chop ( windy day) he would do a flip. They appeared to be front flips and usually several in sucession. _________________ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 |

I was into air tricks once. I've actually landed a few backrolls that would almost be considered to be an air trick. The only difference is that I use the side of the wake just to kinda give me a boost. I guess it would be considered a toeside backroll though. Here's a video.

Man those are sick tricks, way beter than I can do, but not what I saw that dude at pickwick doing. It was something different not necessarily better than you guys. Thanks for posting those for our viewing pleasure. _________________ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 |

| Shapiro used to have his stock run, which included a giant krypt to air front flip w/ a melan grab. He'd land with a ton of speed, keep the speed into the flats, and just throw it like it was nothing. In some respects, it must help to be 5 ft tall. |

| I can do a flip on the trampoline, and I can ollie fairly high. I wonder if I should go for one just to see if I could do it. It doesn't sound too complicated. You just ollie HIGH and throw the front flip HARD. |

| I think I'd get a little past the nose. I would probably land on my back. I'm having second thoughts about trying it though. |

I can't do it and haven't tried ,but I did see this dude front fliping and it really looked easy. He was just slightly past the wake on the right, would hit a chop wave from the wind ( it was a choppy day this spring) get a little air and just flip staying in the same position just right of the wake. I saw him do about six in about two minutes easy easy. You should try it rockstar. _________________ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 |

If I think I can pull it off. I might try it. It may be a good idea to make sure I can do a big ollie EVERY time I try, because you'd have to throw it like right when you jumped. There wouldn't be too much time to check to see if you were high enough. Any inverts that would be easier? I think this would be the easiest flip to do. I have a video with a guy doing an Ollie Frontflip 180. I'm pretty sure that's what the trick is. Any of you guys who had bought a CWB Sol starter package with the video called "Wakeboarding Made Easy", the guy in one of the videos does one, but it doesn't say how to do it. Looks REALLY cool though. |

i think if you ollied high enough and just sorta nosedived into the water you migth be able to do a "frontflip" under the water. |

i dont think its that easy cuz wen u bounce on a tramp u get accelerated into the air and u use that 2 spin u and help u flip, thats why i can do a backflip on a tramp and b only a foot off the ground, but if i try it on the ground i land on my neck, so i dunno if u could just ollie and throw a flip, i think they do smthing with the tension on the rope and use that 2 get the flip around _________________ "My wife waxed my back once....

Then when you are invert overt pull the rope to your shins and that would pull your feet over to the water. About the same motion as on a trampoline. But I still don't have the balls to try it, do you? _________________ For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 |
