Advice on which of these 2 boats to buy?

I am considering buying one of these 2 boats:

89 Malibu Sunsetter
91 Malibu Euro F3

Both are open bow, both have tandem axle trailers, both are reported to be in excellent condition, both are similar in color. Sounds like they both have the same engine. The 89 has 390 hrs, the 91 has 277 hrs. The asking price is $8000 for the 89 and $10,500 for the 91. I am planning to go look at them both on Wednesday. Any significant differences in hull design/wake characteristics? I will have to add a tower to either one...
