Difference between TANTRUM and other inverts

Hi, I'm havin' a hard time figuring out the difference between a tantrum and other inverts. I understand the bigger and more complex inverts such as a whirlybird and scarecrow but I just can't figure out the tantrum from backrolls and back flips. Can somebody help me out here?

when doing a tantrum, you cut in heelside, then when approaching the wake, you let go with your backhand and when you hit the wake turn so you are parrallel to the wake then flip like a edge-over-edge backflip on a trampoline.

a backroll is more like a backward cartwheel. it is a tip-over-tip backward rotation.
