3rd Annual Northwest Wakefest Get Together

[SEATTLE]

For any who are interested, a large group of boarders from Washington and Oregon have been hooking up for an end of summer riding weekend the last few years.

The location : Pateros Washington on the Columbia River about fifteen miles north of Chelan.

The Dates : September 17-19

Accomidations : There's a motel right on the river with moorage for boats within a few yards of the rooms. The rooms are real cheap (about $70.00 a night) There's also camp grounds about a mile from the river.

When you get into town, your done driving for the weekend. There is a grocery store, Sports bar, liquor store, gas station, and two restaurants within half a block of the motel.

Last year we had seven boats, and about thirty five people show. I mainly hang out on WW but I thought it might be nice to post this event over here to stir up some interest from some of the other North West riders.
