keep that handle to your back hip the whole trick. (goofy, take it to the left hip, regular the right) _________________ Keep Austin Weird |

is this hs or ts???
either way jsut hold on to the handle and give a little more tug with your back hand or off the top of the wake, throw the flip but the first thing you should do before going inverted is get the 180 around |

No, the first thing you should do is not get the 180 around.
You want to throw it like a regular backroll, but edge a little bit more away from the boat than you would on a backroll as you leave the wake. Be sure to wait for your pop before you begin your rotation. About half way through the trick, let go with your lead hand, so the pull is directed to your back hand. This should be enough to pull you around to revert. On the landing, be sure to push the handle back towards the wake and get your weight over your toes. This will keep you from slipping out.
The backroll 2 revert IMO is way easier than just a straight up backroll. You can throw it a lot more stalled out and it is way easier to spot the landing. Just keep trying and really concentrate on throwing the roll more away from the boat as you leave the wake. If you have trouble on the landing, practice your HS FS 180's to get the landing dialed.
Good Luck!! |

| yea thats the way to do it. about halfway through the flip let go with your front hand and it will make you go to revert. |
