SICK day! (Kinda long story inside)

Today was just great. Except a few minor glitches, everything was just so damn great! This morning, I get up at 9 to go and do some wakeboarding. A little choppy, but I still manage to try 3 backrolls again, which I fail, but that I get really close on landing. At about 10 I had a major headache and there was too much chop to continue... When I came back, a guy called me to say I had an interview for a job tomorrow at twelve

In the afternoon, I went out with a beautiful girl, and it was really cool. I think something's going on with her... After dinner, we went back boarding at arount 7:30, my dad finally decided to try wakeboarding again and he got up! I was SO happy! at 8:00 it started getting pretty dark, but I decided I'd get a quick run, so I went out there, busted a few nosegrab and mute 180's, and everything just flowed so great. Then I was near that park, and I decided to go out and do another backroll try, guess what, I landed ON my board! My nose didn't cut, my head didn't touch the water, it's the goddamn base of my board that touched the water! I was just so disortiented that I let go of the rope, and when the water got out of my ears, people were applauding in the park (Not too many boarders around here)

When the boat comes back up, my mother tells me she has 2 pictures of that, and I decide to go back and try again. I try again, but bust out on a nosedive. It was too dark to continue so I called that a day.

When I got back in the boat, I wanted to check out the pictures so bad, and when I pressed the preview button, guess what appeared? Black square with "No CF card" written in white in the middle. I was *really* disapointed, but tha didn't get me out of my good mood (heck I landed the backroll, just need to keep on that rope!)

I'll get those pictures tomorrow, I promise! (Except if it rains or something happens)

WakeBoardingManiac, I had a pretty good day myself: Picked up my friends as well as 2 reporter/photographers from our local paper, and jammed to the lake. It was glass, and we all had great sets. I landed a ts backroll(new trick for me), second try, so i was pretty happy, and all my tricks were coming together. All my friends had good sets as well. The photographer took 2 GB's worth of pictures, on us. The other guy took notes, and sort of a timeline. The article/some pics are gonna be in next tuesdays paper. We actually got the reporter to get in the water in his cacky shorts, and we got him up and riding! So the photographer is putting the pics on a cd for me, so i should be posting them sometime next week.

So we leave, and i stop by my work(pac sun) to see whats goin on. so there is this really pretty girl in there. My friend and i leave and see her and her friend walking, so we wave, turn around and i ask her for her number. She gives me the number, so that was cool. so ya. Good day. I can't wait to see how the article turns out.
