i have dealt with ccs and skatewarehouse and i prefer skatewarehouse, ccs always takes days to ship my stuff. as for building ramps you can buy plans from ccs for sure and maybe the other sites too but when i used to build ramps with my friends we just got the tools out and started working. any plans we had were usually drawn on a napkin or something. _________________ I once saw a fork lift pick up a pallet of forks, it was way too literal for me. |

deck size is all up to you, weight and stuff really dont matter. I personally like 7.5's and particularly anything with the monstermold concave that darkstar and enjoi use. If you found the deck you want on actionvillage then i am sure that is fine. _________________ I once saw a fork lift pick up a pallet of forks, it was way too literal for me. |

Just out of curiousity, why do you want a birdhouse? If you are just starting out I would recommend a blank. They are cheaper and just as good as well known brands. Infact blanks are good for everyone really. _________________

I rode a birdhouse many years ago and personally was not impressed at all. Out of any board I have ever ridden I would say that it was the heaviest and most spongy feeling. I would tend to agree with fred on this one blanks are cheaper and just as good. _________________ I once saw a fork lift pick up a pallet of forks, it was way too literal for me. |

as for t he size, I'd say the bigger your feet are the wider you should go, I have a size 12-13 (depends what compnay) and i ride 7.65 - 8 usually like 7.75.
I Have also had a birdhouse, Tony Hawk model, it wasn't the best board i've owned, im with the other, Go with a blank, there cheaper and better _________________ it puts the joe dirt in the whole |
