Take the line and push it in and then pull it back out. If it comes back to the original position and no farther than its a no stretch line. If it gives a little then it will be a low stretch line. Generally ski rope has a little stretch in it when new and needs to be "broken in"
This can simply be done by just using it but it takes a while. A faster solution is to tie the rope around a big tree and put the other end round the toe bar of your truck. Put it in a low gear and put loads of tension on it. Leave it parked overnight under strain and in the morning it will be non-stretch. Trust me.
Stretchy rope is useless for wakeboarding as it absorbs pop. You really want the rope to be solid from the tower for maximum control. _________________ Wakeboarding is so Kool in Ireland!
