try getting the handlepass down on a trampline and get comfortable keeping the handle at the small of your back before passing it. hope this helps, it took me a while to get the handle to go where i wanted it |

| another important thing with this trick is not throwing it too early. It's alot easier to pass the handle when you stay on axis. |

my cousin gets frustrated out on the water cause he does his 3 how u do....im not sure if this is the same situation but u need to focus more on the handle pass than the spin....the handle pass will spin u.....he keeps focusin on spinnin and sometimes he throws it b4 he even gets off the wake....tell the ppl that u ride with to remind u of these things....
1. dont throw the spin....wait till u r in the air.
2.pull the handle to ur hip then complete the handle pass.
3.focus also on getting as much pop as u can, sometimes ppl focus on the trick theyre doin that they forget the key element to the trick....air.
4. just go for it....dont give up.
5.dont get frustrated when u dont land it...just keep trying it. youll get it eventually if u dont stop. _________________ Visit www.myspace.com/alecperkins to listen to my music! |

| Personally I went to a trampoline with a handle, practiced the handle pass for about 15 minutes until I perfected it, went out on the water and nailed it on the second try. Also read the trick tips on a hs fs 360 |

| it just takes practice to get the handle pass down dude. the trap would help if you practice it on there. |

Lastthingusee, it took you 15 minutes on a trampoline to perfect a handle pass?
Yes trampolines help you get handle passes down, but you gotta keep the handle pass low to the small of your back. Use the end and stick the handle right where your hand will be |

If you practice enough, you will learn how to keep the rope tensioned (and use it to spin) without pulling yourself forward. When you can do this on the tramp, you'll have no problem doing spins on the water. |

Yeah I did but I also have been practicing handle passes on the water for a while too by doing 360 butterslides on the water. |

don't spin with your body, its not like snowboarding. use the rope to start and finish all spins. when you pop, go strait up, pull with 2 hands LEVEL to your rear hip. if you dont have a strait level pull, it will tilt you off your axis.
as far as landing with the rope in your hands, try and finish the spin and look toward the boat when you land. its kinda hard to land and stick a late h/s 3. much easier to ride off with som time to prep for landins. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002
