Keep the handle in tighter. He is probably letting his handle out thus slowing the rotation down. A Backroll is a backwards cartwheel and if it looks like it then he is getting the idea of it correct. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com

have him edge his hardest at the wake. this will give him more height and make him land it
if he keeps the handle in towards his body that will help 2 |

| Cap'nPimp, sounds like he is doing the right thing, just needs to get a little more air. Don't take such a big cut, and get high and the air. Look over leading shoulder to spot the landing |

He is leaving early!
Wait for the wake is what I tell people
With out seeing a clip I can't tell for sure but casing the other wake is a classic leaving early problem.
I know cuz I still do it from time to time. I can do 10 HS backrolls in a row all landing slightly different cuz I take off slightly different each time.
A wise man once told me, you land relatively close to the position you leave the wake, thanks Murray. _________________ PEACE
