Mastercraft 209 ?'s

I think we are goin to get a 2004 mastercraft 209 and i was wonderin what the wake is like because i have yet to test drive it

That boat has the same hull as the X-9, I would get the X-9 over that since they are the same price. The wake will be fairly good, but for a similiar price I would look into the X-2, since they throw better wakes.

yeah the x9 is a nice wake if you put A LOT of weight in it. same with the x2 but the wake is much better with no weight on an x2/205 v

my dad doesnt want to get a v-drive boat since they are harder to work on, any suggestions on where to put fat sacs or other ways to make better wakes

and he doesnt like the graphics on the x9 so its either 209 or crownline w/o tower or pylon

we have our fat sacs in the middle of our boat, and i think it really helps

def go with the x-9 if he like it, but try to convince him to get a v drive since they are SOO much better/nicer. I know many people who have DD and HATE it.

wow your dad is horriable if he won't get the same boat that would suit you both perfectly well just because of the graphics on the side.

x-9 is a killer boat, we've got it and my parents ski so it's working pretty well.
we've got a sack in the front and back and it's about two inches below my knee and i'm like 5' 9''
