I would try to visualize both...then do what feels more comfortable in your head. Visualize a lot before going out, then break it down into 3 or 4 simple steps, then go out and attempt. _________________ Don't let go of the rope |

If you have w2w HS and TS 180's down and Switch HS and Switch TS 180's down pretty good I'd go for the 360. But If your w2w with grabs is alot more consistent and better than I'd go for the backroll. Like others said, you can't half ass it because it will hurt and you'll develope (sp) a bad habit. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com

The Birdman, make sure you ride up the whole wake, makes rotation easier.
Got any videos? |

Yeah the first backroll is always interesting, but get a video of yourself trying one, so you can see what you are doing versus what you want to be doing
always helped me |
