| Try filling a 1 gallon water jug and passing it around your waist like the handle. Do this exercise at home everyday for at least 1 week. This little exercise tip from a friend helped develop a little extra strength & coordination and has worked for me. |

to add to what Mirader2000 said, get a stretch cord, like one of those bungie cords for luggage. tie it to the jug, and a handle to the cord. The stretchiness will help simulate the rope trying to pull away from you better. _________________ Some female cows have horns, but you wouldn't really know anything about that now would you? |

That will work, or practice on a trampoline.
When on the water focus on the handle pass for a few spins. make sure you get the handle pass and forget about the rotation. Then combine them together and you have it landed |

One thing to also do is pull the handle to the back hip with both hands. My friend was having problems with his 3s because he was pulling with only one and not getting it all the way behind him. Pulling with 2 ensures it gets on the back side of your back hip, and makes it easier to reach back with the other hand and get it. That's what Shaun Murray says anyway... _________________ "Remember when I said I'd kill you last...I lied"

| i would say use a trampoline also or have someone lightly pull on the rope or tie it to something and just work on the pass. do this a little bit at a slower speed to know where your hands should be at the do it faster like you would in the water |

| waker124, Instead of a progressive (1...2...3...4...5...6...7...) edge, try a continuous edge (1...2...3...3...3...3...3) You'll find the handle pass much easier. It worked for me. See WB Magazine, the May 2003 issue. |

whirly5, Basicly instead of going as hard has you can at the wake you let the boat pull you in and keep a consistant edge... see jflocks #.... _________________ wakeboards
