Folks. Since Moomba and Supra are made by the same company (skier's choice) are they using the same hulls on both the Moomba XLV and Supra Launch 24SSV?

No, no Moomba and Supra boats share hulls. Besides, the XLV is 23' where the 24SSV is 24'

any opinion between the Supra 24SSV and the Moomba XLV? Purely from a riding behind the boat point of view.

We had Dave Briscoe in Indiana for a week clinic with the GG 24SSV with the 8.1L. My outlaw crew says it was the biggest they have ever hit. Im just an intermediate rider and was really supprised how easy it was. Mosty due to the super smooth and long transition because of its size where as the Moomba is more typical big with a kicker at the top and neither one is like the brick wall SAN. (No dis to SAN here but just comparing) Also, the Moomba has a better surf wake, and is easier to drive in small comp lakes like 25 acres but all else go to Supra exept the price

Props to Supra! I love my new 24. I like the long transition but my boat's transition doesn't seem to be any longer than the VLX or 21V ...... it seems about the same. The only thing I don't like as much as some other boats is that because it is deeper V it washs easily on the opposite side before you jump so the transition for landing is even less than it would normally be. Everything else with this boat is absolutely killer. Cool
