I'm gonna try this tomorrow, any suggestions on how to make it work? I'm talking about a step-by-step guide. Who can help me?

great, how do I approach?
what level cut should I take?
what kind of pop do I want?
any suggestions on how to pass the handle?
where do I look as I'm landing?
how much line tension do I need?
any other tips to land it?

Nathan-

The TS FS 3 is in my opinion the easiest of the 360's. Take your normal cut like you are doing a TS W2W 180. Be sure to wait for the pop before you start the rotation. Just before I reach the peak of my jump is when I pull the handle. IF you spin too early, you will go off-axis and crash. Pull the handle hard with both hands to you back hip as you would on any 3. Now let go of the handle with your lead hand and reach behind your back for the handle. Once you feel the handle in your lead hand again, let go with your back hand. Now, this is very important, keep your head up throughout the spin, do not look down especially on landing. Try to look to the shoreline you are facing to balance your body out for the landing. You may have a tendency to take it to 540, as I did when I was learning TS FS 3's. Just get used to the rotation and if you are overrotating it, push the handle back towards the wake just before you land to stop the rotation. Be sure to edge slightly on your toes as you land to avoid slipping out. A good way to learn this is to actually tap the water with your back hand in front of your back foot (TS edge). I think that the handle pass is actually the easy part on TS 3's and the landing is a bit harder, unlike the HS 3 where the spin is harder than the landing. Just be sure you throw it like you have landed it a million times. This is SO important. If you have confidence and you know that you will land the trick, then you have a hell of a lot better chance of landing it than if you know you are going to crash. Good luck and let me know how it goes. Once you dial the TS FS 3, you'll be landing 5's in no time, honestly. I through TS FS 5's way better than TS FS 3's.

Later...

BigTimer, is spot on with his advice as usual.

I'll add a bit...
I tell people to make sure they don't open up to the boat, look away. You can force this position if you don't pass the handle at all or at least wait till you hit the water. Just lean over those toes!

I was landing them last year, and now I'm landing hs 5s.. but i lost my ts fs 3s.. I go crazy spining it feels like I'm spinning a seven actually
(serious) and landing on my board with the handle in hand. How or when should I pull the handle to start the spin.. say bout half way across the wakes and keep the handle low under my ass?

Lantzvillian, you just need to wait till the last second to pull the handle if you are spining that easy.

Landing wrapped will stop that.....

J_DOGG, and BigTimer, both had some great advice. The 4 key things for me are: 1) keep my weight over my toes off of the wake, so once i am in the air i don't get off axis in a bad way. 2) Thinking of the trick as 2 180s, spin the last one late. 3) Waiting to pass the handle until after i land, which helps me to not overrotate or slip out. 4) Upon landing look toward shore, and keep your weight forward. Sometimes doing a melan grab will help you wait to pass the handle, as well as keep you over the board. Hope it all comes together.

most people over rotate their first couple tries. It helped me to keep looking backward as I land rather than turning my head to look at the boat.

I think it easier just to go ahead and land wrapped... I think it helps you to now ovverrotate and it looks alot cooler and feels batter. It also helped me get my t/s 5 easier and more consistent
