| edge out on your hs edge into the flats then ollie and look over your shoulder and pull the handle and put it towards your back pocket and grab it with your other hand. they are easy if you can do fs 180 ollies. just go for it. |

| The rotation may feel a little weird, but like he said just go for it because if you slow down or something in mid rotation you will catch a edge |

practice a couple of times when the boat is turning. If you are left foot forward, do it on the left side of the wake when the boat is turning left. You'll get some slack and get the hang of it (less chance of a painful heelside edge crash).
Good advice above - also remember that once you get it and the handle is still behind your back, look down and behind you a little and bend over at the waist a bit so you don't fall over backwards before you get the handle in your other hand. _________________ www.led-concepts.com |

I like to lean over my toes when doing these, this way I ensure that I will land over my toes and the boat won't pull me over. _________________

| Tie your rope to a tree, post, etc. and go thru the motions on dry land (jump, pause, initiate spin w/ handle, head up, land on toes pretending that you're edging away from boat, etc.). That will get the movement ingrained w/o the pain that comes with learning on the water. Then, follow the advice above. |
