She's not dumb...she's high! (which is a temporary form of dumb)
I had friends in college with a POS phone that had some wires crossed....dialed 911 about 25% of the time they called information....and in our town the cops came to EVERY 911 call, no matter what...much scrambling every time the 911 folks answered. |
