pop on a wrapped KGB

Some reason I can't get much pop on my wrapped KGB and can't quite spin the full 360. I am over the fear but now can't get the height. Also how hard do you need to tug on the small handle? I will see if I can get a video to help see why I get little pop.

wakeboarder_360, you dont have to tug the small handle. Just use the smal edge as a backroll. Then you lket got with the hand on the small handle. And when your come around, try and get your lead hand back on the handle, it will help rotate faster. When I was trying these i would always spin early and lose pop. Make sure to pop first,,,

thanks, I'm putting this trick on my to do list for the moment, so I won't be able to tell you if it works. I'm too close on my whirly to bounce to this trick. Once I get my whirlys dialed I'll go for this trick again.

should you cut really hard at the kgb? or should it just be a high backroll cut?

i36hyperlite, Take the same apporach as a backroll...When I try this i've learned its easier to take a short deep edge and pop up, rather than far shallow edge and pop out...
