take a moderate approach, like a crow. as you come off the wake, pop the board out the back, drop your rear shoulder and go for the handle. the rotation kind of finishes itself and puts you down on a nice sw h/s edge and look toward the boat to ride off.

thanks for replyin. i was trying them today and everytime i did it i kept on flipping over like a crow. any tips on this? i think i might be trying to flip it too hard but im not sure.

pull your heels up to butt and make a strong handle pass. the pass will help mellow out the flip. also don't throw it like a crow, drift your board out and then start the spin.

Try to go up and pause. This will make it easier to get the handle pass.

I concentrate on throwin my back shoulder towards the back of the boat rather than down like i do with a crow.
