it's some kinda plastic bathboard that I found at Menards. It slides great. I used liquid nails to glue the top down and then wrapped the sides under and stapled them to the wood. It seemed to work pretty good that way.
The top sheets cost about $12 each and I think I used 5 or 6 of them. You can just cut it with a razor knife.

I'll look for the name of the plastic board this weekend when I go to the cottage and post it here next week.

WCR, Dutch's slider is like butta' Its at the lake I ride at and its super nice. Great all around slider.
