I sprained my knee a few weeks ago while wakeboarding but it seems to be healing ok....I tried to search to see if anyone else is skating while the knee heals. I figure I'll just get out and carve and not try anything too stupid. Anyone have experience in this? _________________ JuSt RiDe |

had four knee surgeries.....two acls, one last summer, been wakeskating again, since April, blah blah blah, just take it easy, I even skated a few times while the acl was torn and it is fine as long as you aren't like launching or anything. you could get a brace but it will cost you a grand at least to get one that is worth a crap for wakeboarding. Believe me, there are a couple of mine in the bottom of Lake Travis. If you really just "sprained" your knee, you'll be fine, just take it easy for a while. _________________ www.under360.com
