Is there a special way to get up on these boards. I have wakeboarded but it is just not intuitive for me having both feet strapped to 1 board. I grew up a surfer and riding skateboards so wakeskating seems more plausible.

Duramax Dually,
Heres what to do.. get in the water and kinda hold the board until you get the handle. Hold onto the board with one hand and the handle with the other hand. stay like this and tell the driver to idle some,, this will put pressure aganst the baord so it will stay on your feet. when you are comforatble and ready, take the handle with both hands, and now its just like a wakeboard. one thing i do to help, is when i say go boat or w.e u say to go, as soon as i say that i pull the board underneath me (like if ur sitting on a chair with the skate under your feet) this makes the start so much easier for you.
hope i could help! if you have anymore questions feel free to post or ask me personally! good luck! |
