Probably a dumb ? but how do you change a file size of a photo so it can be posted?

I use Paint Shop Pro to change file sizes. Not sure if there is a tool on the net that would be able to reduce the file size but it might be worth searching Google for one.

With a photo I would keep it as a JPEG and reduce the size to 250 0r 350 wide. That's a good size for the net.

I'm sure there must be some free programs at download.com or thefreesite.com that can do this. Maybe check those out as well. Good luck. Smile

Every windows based system ever has MS Paint. You can use that.

How do you resize with paint? anyway, 640x480 is high res, fast load, maybe 400x300.
