| Go with the ts frontroll or scarecrow. As far as the first off axis spin I would suggest ts fs 540. |

isnt a ts oa 5 like easier that hs, because u have to pass the handle less or something, i really dont know i just remember hearing something like that, i cant even do one.
As far as ts inverts go, i would hit up that scarecrow first. it is fairly easy to do as long as you can do big ts 180's. its a easier trick than a ts front in my opnion |

t/s oa 5 is easy, as long as you pauuse befoer spinning. id recommend doing a flat (on-Axis) 5 first. _________________ Mark Kenney, 1983-2002

| Its because it comes around naturally, ts fs off axis 3 is harder than the 5. Plus the handle is easier to get. |

learn the frontroll before the scarecrow....if you learn the crow first its harder to learn the front. _________________ "Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness thrust upon them"

| Once you stick the frontroll the scarecrow will come right after but if you learn the crow first the front roll will be harder to learn. Plus if you learn the frontroll first it will help you have better technique on the crow. |

Since you asked for tips on scarecrow, heres what i do.
Take a nice big cut outside the wake, and start with a progressive edge into the wake going toeside. Ride the wake ALL THE WAY UP , if you dont do this your head will basically skim across the water. You want to pop up and look under your leading armpit, some say look at your front foot as you go off the wake that way your head naturally goes in that direction. First try the trick with both hands on the handle, and if you can hit it like this, good, but otherwise about 2/3 through the rotation let go with the hand that allows you to go switch. Once you get here its a piece of cake to land.
Hope this helps, peace. |

if ur gonna start trying ts fs 5s then get used to landing switch with the rope in ur back hand becuz chances r that when u first start learning them u wont get the complete handle pass so be prepared and dont slip out _________________ "Everyone dies but not everyone lives." |

i knew a guy who threw a wrapped off axis 5, he said he'd come in wrapped and throw is like his scarecrow...given its not the most technical but with a nice grab that thing looked sick when he took it HUGE
