Just looking into getting a set of racks. The dealer wants $350 for the custom Centurion Racks for my new ride (03 centurion hurricane) and seems awfully steep. just looking for some good cost efficient racks that won't slide like the Wake Design one's did on my last boat through the D-ups.

I tell you what after buying the cheap ones I got may be worth paying to hold them threw the DU's instead of bouncing around like mine.

There is a guy on Ebay that sells aluminum racks that are basically a C&C copy. People in his feedback (when I last looked) said they were happy with them. I think he gets around 125 ea for them. If you can get a pair of factory ones for 350$ it may be worth it. 350 ea, hell no.

Go with the Boss adjustable board racks. The cost like 250ish, and are custom built to match your tower.
I have used most every rack, Boss makes the best stuff bar none.

R3612-
Did you get the Centurion from Kramer's Arrow Marine in Fox Lake? If you've got a powdercoated tower, you're going to want some that don't scratch the finish (even on polished aluminum). Be careful with some of those super cheap racks, they will scratch the surface of your tower pretty bad. Definetly check out the '03 Mako racks on Wakeside.com to get an idea of the design, and if you did get your ride from Kramer's he might be carrying Mako racks and accessories soon Laughing .....e-mail me with any questions....Nice choice on boat too!

that's exactly where I bought it from. They are going to be carrying Mako?

I got the polished tower. Are u a Mako rep by chance? Just wondering how you know they might start to carry mako.

Thanks to all for the info

I've purchased racks off ebay twice & they're both great.

They're the C&C ones which look just like the skylon racks.

The first pair I bought were not polished or powdercoated, but I've had no problem with them. The pair we just bought for a friend are polished & look great too.

Paid $120/each both times to two different sellers.
