i live on a river and i would love to build a slider, but i dont want to spend money on building a slider if someoneis going to tear it down...i.e the city...any info on the rules of doing something like this i would greatly appreciate...by the way i live in fla if that helps

try calling up the person who owns the river, or the city and ask for the laws about what you can do, i dont know, just trying to hlep ya out

You could build a mobile slider so you can pull it in and out. This could be a real pain though.

Here where we live we are talking to the park service and going to be doing some clean up days at the lakes to get on their good side and let us ride them.

there was an artical in wakeboard mag a while back, something about how it can be classified as a temperary bouye, but you gotta take it out at night....
