the seadoo wakeboard boat

has anyone seen the new seadoo boat...it looks good but how does it pull and how is the wake,and how does it drive....any info of this sort would be great

Most jet boats have washy wakes and can't pull much weight at all, but I've never riden behind this one. I'd say if your spending the money to get a wakeboard specific boat, you'd be better off getting an inboard.

Don't jets typically use more gas? Just that would turn me away these days.

I talked to the seadoo guys at the boat show about it. Basically, its a giant jet ski with a tower, in their words. Wake wasnt as good as regular wakeboard boat, its shorter, doesnt hold as many people. As long as its the seadoo boat your talkin about, i believe they had 2 or 3 differnt models. On the upside, they seemed considerbly cheaper, in the high 20k range i think

if your looking in that range why not buy a mooba or a 1-2 year old boat??

wow, why in the world would you pay that much for a seadoo, when you could just get a used inboard?

i reacon i would be a wash pit wake and have a roastertail in the middle of the wake like the hole way though it and chew a heapa petrol waista money if ya ask me
