I just started wakeboarding this summer... I was just wondering some things I should start trying as a beginner. I've been out 5 or 6 times and can surf the wake, butterslide and ollie (can't nail the ollie every time though...) What should I do next? I tried riding switch and it is so hard!! Any suggestions?

Definetly try and get comfortable surfing the wake and ollieing switch, it will help you in the long run.
You could probably go onto 1 wake jumps heelside. Once get comfortable doing that, do them toeside. Just remember anything you can do heelside, be sure to do it toeside before you move on to the next trick.

Good Luck.

Get comfortable riding switch now before it gets too weird. You can do little 180s into the wake from switch to regular, because you don't need a ton of air to do them. Little jumps heelside and toeside are good, and progressively make them bigger and you'll be clearing the wake in no time (It only took me about 450 times falling flat on my face to realize how easy they really are)

when you ollie try keeping your back straight...alot of times you'll slump over and that will cause you to fall. It's all in the knees!
