Will car shift knobs fit on boats? I've got a boring black one and thought something like this would be cool.

Jay,

I know MasterCraft is offering a new line of aftermarket products. They have three different knobs I am sure would fit you're boat. You would probably have to contact a local dealer. They look pretty good, they are annodized.

I have one similiar to that. It is polished chrome. It spent about $25 on mine. I would skip the AutoZone ones that run about $10. They are usually die cast and are pitted with rough edges. Mine works terrific. I actually feel weird driving about without it!

Here is the link that I got it from:http://shop.store.yahoo.com/spideraccessories/skull.html

I don't know about the fit, but I just got the MasterCraft by Design catalog (custom M/C parts) and most of the stuff in there has MasterCraft all over it, so if you don't own one it might look kinda dumb. I think if you want something wicked I would go with the skull, plus the M/C stuff has no price list so I'm sure that means it's way expensive. I will probably buy something from it anyway just cause I own an M/C and it is my born duty to by something custom M/C for it. Where did you find that knob? I found another skull @ http://216.92.217.113/page1A.html kinda pricey though.

This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but here are some that were sent to us to review. I had one on my boat.

Does anyone find the idea of "customizing" your boat with the manufacturers parts funny? "Customize you boat to show your indivuality like everyone else!"
