| my aftermarket depth finder comes on and reads a certain depth and never changes from that unless i turn off and on again in a different spot. i do not know if it is transducer or unit itself. how can i test transducer out of water. can i use a big pale of water. can i replace tranducer with aftermarket. the transducer is under boat(looks like transducer that my old boat had.. there is an old transducer in the floor that the wire has been snipped off. what kind of wire would i use to try transducer in floor. |
