Is the DXII and DXV hulls the same as Sanger's V-drive boats.
I know the wake behind their V-drive is awesome, how bout behind their d-drive's.
Thanks

The DXII is the small 3 event boat.
DLX is the open bow D-drive
V210 is the open bow V-drive

The DLX & V210 have the same hull the DLX is narrower & shorter. Have a look on there site www.sangerboats.com its pretty clear there.

The DXII is extremely narrow at 88" - it only drafts 22" and does not weigh 2.5k #'s

The DLX isn't much wider at 90" and the draft is only 24" - but it picked up 300 #'s and the fuel tank is 11 gallons bigger

The V210 is no wider than the DLX but drafts 2" deeper and is about 150 #'s heavier - it gives up 3 gallons of gas to the DLX

IMHO - the Sanger boats are pretty narrow - and seem to be more of a ski boat than a wakeboard boat until you get to the 215 & the 230

The 215 is wide enough but still only drafts 26"

The 230 is really wide at 100" but again... Only drafts 26" (although the 50 gallon tank comes in handy for a full day on the lake...

The 210 is the same width as the SAN & X-2. Wider boat doesn't mean bigger wake.

The 01 DLX was absolutely beautiful for skiing...flat boat...seats felt UNUSUALLY low to the floor...not sure if they changed this in the last couple of years...our Sanger Dealer turned out to be a thief...haven't seen too many around...but boy are they pretty...Probably my #1 pick for a ski boat...

chaz28o, sorry dude, pictures don't lie (unless salmon_tacos gets ahold of them).

One of the best wakes in the industry when weighted properly. No question, the V210 is a wakeboard boat first and a ski boat second.

chaz28o, that bottom pic is in the Delta. Go to the "other site" and do a V210 search - in a recent thread someone posted specific weighting specs.
