The Austin 360 Wakeboard Club, DallasWakeboarding.com, and the Gulf Coast Wakeboard Association invite all wakeboarders to Emma Long Park on Lake Austin for a weekend of riding. Meet new riders, learn new tricks, or just come and hang out.

This will be a great time for Texas wakeboarders! Each club has submitted a team of riders to ride off Saturdday morning to claim the Golden Wakeboard for the year. We'll be camping at Emma Long starting Thursday night and the party Saturday night will be at the Pier.

Man, that flier looks great Jeffro. Did you do that one yourself or was it a combo effort of everyone? I'll most likely come in on Friday night and was going to see what everyone was up to that night. Are you and the crew going to camp out?

I believe Stone did the Flyer. I will see you guys out there.. I don't know how I got picked to be in the comp but I will go balz out.. Well assuming I had balz it may be bigger!!

Does the park really close at 10pm?

Well, if you're staying at the park overnight, this page suggests that you have to buy the permit before 9pm. I'm guessing that they probably go around and leave tickets on people's cars that aren't displaying overnight permits starting at 10pm. ...that would be the safe assumption anyway.

The park does close at 10. This means that cars can not enteror leave after 10. They have a gaurds and close the gates toanyone attempting to leave. Medical emergencies are the only ones let out past then. The parting is still in effect well past that hoor though.

yup, you've got to get there before 10. The festivities should be underway by then. I'll be there on THursday night with some other Dallas and Houston people to get some good campsites. All of the crew will be there. I'll be happy to see you B-rad! Colorful

Due to heavy rains, Lake Travis and Mansfield Dam are realeasing mass amounts of water into Lake Austin causing fast current and debris. Thus, the City Of Austin has closed Lake Austin for the weekend Evil or Very Mad
