is there a site out there, were you can put in some lyrics, and do a search and it will tell you the song name?

I wish! What I usually do when trying to find this stuff out is just enter a few lines from the song into a search engine like Yahoo and just search it. You can sometimes find stuff out that wayyyyyyyyyyyyy.

http://www.hiphoplyrics.com for rap... i think every music style has his site lyrics... also try to putting this in google : lyrics " the correct lyrics here " . put the " " and if you can put the artist name it will help

I had found one quite a while ago. It only required 10 words of lyric and was pretty good. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called though.
