Well after reading several post on here about re-making your bimini to fit with a tower I decided to tackle mine today...
I have a stock Glastron bimin, and it sat 4 inches over the monster tower, so here is the solution...
there is 3 racks going accross the top, on the leading edge rack, i cut down 10" and cut 10" out of the center, then put a piece of 1/2" copper tube 6incehs into each side and held together with 4 self tapping #10x3/4" screws (stainless)
main support, i cut 6 inches off the legs, and 6 inches off the trailing support, then finally i cut 4 inches off the back stands...
a little adjusting of all the support peices and set screws and viola!!!!!
now the whole thing sits under the tower, and it is tilted forward enough, and held down with the straps that a direct line from the towing point to where the water would be puts you about 2 ft behind the boat, and on an I/O no wakesurfing so bingo!!!!
I will post pics and what not if anyone is interested..

| Hey I would like to see the pics, if it's not too much trouble. I think I am just going to have one re-made to mount to the tower, then sell my old bimini, but I want to see how yours came out. I was also thinking of having the canvas shop convert my old bimini to a rear bimini, then buy a new one for the front.

| I did the same thing with my bimini a couple of years ago. I cut about 4-6 inches from the middle of the top supports and about 6 inches of the length. I mounted the leg supports to the inside of my tower. It fits nicely inside my tower and the whole setup (with the tower) folds down to get it into my storage unit.

i will admit, i was scared at first, so i just started with taking 4 inches off everything, and put it back together, and put it on, and i saw i wasnt very far off, a little more here and there and bingo!!!
