I have a Monster tower, I recommend them every time. no rattles, creaks, wobbling in chop or double-ups etc.. jsut a good loooking good value tower. www.monstertower.com

I was out on an X2 a few days ago and their zero flex was wobbling all over the place! I was kind of impressed that i spent a fraction of what they spent and got a more solid tower!

For the money it can't be beaten, but obviously if you want more then you can pay for it. Towers like LoudLiquids new T1 are pretty sweet and nicely designed. www.loudliquid.com

I think a tower choice is somthing very perosnal, its what you want to spend and what you think looks good. there are few 'bad' towers available these days, so shop around and have fun with different styles and colors Very Happy

Hey Brit Rider I'm new to this forum and have been scanning for mssgs from UK-based Brits.

I'm trying to hook up with fellow UK boarders.

Are you in the UK and if so, where do you ride and what do you ride behind?

wakerwes, You should be able to get them brand new from a Nautique dealer. They should cost anyhere from 1600-2000. I had to have my tower modified to fit my boat. 4 inches takes out of the center and the rear legs reangled. I don't think that nautique_rider, would have to do any mods but I have never mounted one on that boat so don't quote me on it. I bet a FCT for a 196 would be real close though.

I've got a roswell tower on my sport nautique. Check out the pics:

http://www.tristarturbine.com/wakebrad/NewBoat.htm

folds down relatively easy and haven't noticed any wobbling. I didn't put it on so I don't know how much it cost or where to get one..

New Dimension Towers just added an exact-fit OEM type tower exactly modeled after the FCT tower. Their first version fits a 1993-1997 Sport Nautique. Eventually ND will have a FCT type tower for all popular Nautique models.

I'm also a Brit and am based near Chichester and use the lake there. I have a 94 MC 205 DD.

Where are you?

I think roswell towers are pretty cool, nice, clean, and simple, and look good too. I'm about to buy a moomba boat, but am not getting the factory moomba rad-a-cage tower, since i don't like the styling of it.

www.roswellwakeair.com for roswell towers

thats my two cents for whatever it is worth.
