I need recomendations. I bought NICE "scarecrow" bindings last year. I love how easy they are to get in/out of, and how comfy they are (initially.) However, after about 10 minutes of riding, my feet get VERY sore.

Specifically, the outer portion of my arches, and the tops of my feet. I'm forced to cut my sessions short due to pain, not exertion. Evil or Very Mad

Can anyone recommend a boot that might fit my foot better, and let me ride longer? (I own a 2002 Hyperlite Premier 135)

Thanks,
Brad

how much have you rode these bindings?

I don't really get the bottom of the foot pain, but I have nice bayou bindings and when I first got them they hurt the top of my foot, in the ankle area like crazy, and even left marks on my feet, cause that's where some drain holes are. After about 7-10 sessions with them they've broken in I guess, and don't hurt anymore.

I've ridden them at least 30 times. I've heard stuffing things inside the boot when not in use, helps to get them loosened up - but never tried.

And yes, the pain is worse on the top.

Its strange man, I have high arches in my feet buy only wear a 10.5 shoe size. I have large exo, byerly, torq, 30/60 bindings and NONE of them can I wear longer than 10-15 mins before the top of my foot hurts.

I have friends with size 11 feet that say they feel NO PAIN after 30 mins. I got some XLarge bindings and they are a tad loose, i dont care i just tighten them up hard on my ankles but atleast I can ride for a long time.

aren't highbacks made for higher arches? Maybe you should try those...
