bamawake,

Check out the link on this page titled "Monster Towers Evid 6.2 Proaudio Speakers." It has everything you want to know about the speakers, I love them.

bamawake, I can't tell if its just the angle or not, but it looks like that board is slipping out of the racks cuz you have no bindings on it Razz

On top of what Wakeupdude noticed about it falling off the rack...Why would you need a board on the boat that has no use without its bindings?

For a spare/backup board if you are doing sliders...we keep one with us sometimes on bigger trips in case some freak slider accident or something happens and a board breaks(it HAS happened before...).

bbc3, Thanks man we are really enjoying the 211. The evids are awsome, I like the look better than cans and they are outdoor amputheater speakers so they are designed to work best in the great outdoors. That's a sick 210 you have there, I love the solid color with one small stripe.

Gaignster, I second the hottie Canadian sentiments. Does she say "abooot" and "eh" a lot? I just love the Canadian accents, but a bonus to someone that hot...

If she wants to get a tan for more than 2 months out of the year, I could put her up in NorCal for a few days/weeks/months!

anti-shoobies,

Thanks for the comments. It is pretty hot. I looked at every good wakeboarding boat out there and decided to go that way. I had a mastercraft before and knew they were good boats but the X2 is sick. I love the wake. All black is the only way to rock it. On the water it looks incredible. If only i could ride behind it everyday, this work gig isn't for me.

Damn, I think I am falling in love with bbc3's SANTE...it just looks so clean, and all the colors are just right, and the gun metal looking tower just really pulls it together. All that put aside, it's a Nautique, and it just rocks! Razz

thanks Wakeupdude!!! i must admit, I think I started drooling when I first checked yours out...I love the black w/ red, we were concerned with keeping a black hull clean over the years, so we went white. 04X2 love your ride as well...I rode behind an X2 almost identical to yours at an Andrew Adkison clinic about 2 weeks ago in nebraska...sacked out it threw a sick wake. enjoy!

Yeah, the black hull is definately "a labor of love". 04X2, you probably agree, but we figured we are gonna end up detailing the boat after every outing anyways, so what the heck, might as well get the colors we wanted. Laughing

I also have to clean my boat everytime I take it out because it has an all black hull. I don't mind it though because when the boat is all clean it looks great.

bbc3,

What sort of set up was Adkison using for fat sacks? ie: one in the front two in the middle/back? I am thinking of getting some sacs to dial the wake right in and am looking for advice. Anyone else that has an X2 or an old star and is using sacks or has ridden behind one please let me know.

Go big or go Home!

04X2

I know there have been many threads on weighting boats...I'm sure a search would find you more info...I hope this doesn't hijack this thread. The boat I rode behind was actually the Mastercraft Pro Driver's boat in Nebraska. His name is Ronnie Romero and he runs www.wakeboardnebraska.com. I'm from KC, but drove up for Andrew's clinic. Pretty sweet little private lake, never had a boat roller to deal with, butter all day. If I remember correctly, he had: stock ballast + 2 300# side sacks in back compartments + 2 sacks under pads in bow (don't remember how much weight) + 455# of lead headz on bow walkway floor + 195# of lead headz on floor in back + 5 people. Like I said...sick, huge wake---loved it! I really like the shape of our SANTE's steep wake, but no one can say they wouldn't like to ride behind a sacked out MC or BU or (insert your favorite boat brand here Laughing). Anyone near Neb check out Ronnie's site, . He's suppose to have Shapiro, Nadolski, and Parks later this season. Have fun!

My first new boat, '04 Supra SSV. Previously owned a MC Prostar 205, which was a nice boat, but this thing is a whole different league.

That's not me in the photo, it's the salesman. Smile

First photo is the day before I picked it up, in make ready. 2nd and 3rd are on delivery day. I'm stoked!
