Yesterday I was out riding. Half way through my set I was getting pulled forward on my landings. Looked like it was going to be a crash everytime but somehow pulled out of it. My first reasoning for this was I was getting the handle in to my waist, due to exhaustion. Im getting great height and easily landing in the flats both sides. Any ideas what I should do? At the very end It almost felt like I was setting up For Raley's. thats how far off my balance was getting. Any suggestions would be great.

acually it sounds like your letting the handle out to much you want to keep the handle into your waist.

Keep the handle in tight, i dont understand how your handle goes into your waist when you get tired? Isnt that what you want? Well i guess maybe try to take a few smaller jumps and land them nicely, then see how you did those, then take them big.

Maybe, your tecnique in your jump is wrong, so when you jump you have a bit of slack in the rope (are you using a non-strech rope?) and when you land it tightens and tries to pull you over.

no what I meant is when I get tired the handle gets hard for me to bring the handle in, I let it out to far.

Exactly, your arms havn't got used to continuously pulling into your hips. But don't worry, most people experience this, all you need to do is wakeboard a couple more times and your muscles get used to it.

yaa the problem is that your getting tired and letting the rope out...but that was stupid saying that cause we already established that. fredrick is right though your muscles should get used to it and get stronger. this whole winter i worked out and gained so much weight in muscle and i find wakeboarding so much easier for me. eventually this wont happen though so i dont think you have that much to worry about. sorry if this made no sense at all but im tired and my eyes hurt Laughing
