If possible, try some different boards
most of the stores has trial boards (try before you buy)

have fun Cool

Hey kys,

I think you'll get alotta "milage" out of something like Hype's Motive...there are other good boards to be sure so if you can, ride as many as possible....if you want "female specific" graphics, it limits your choice a bit...maybe look at Nice's Scarecrow or Hype's Belmont for bindings, once again there are certainly other companies making very good products, do you have access to a shop where you can try stuff? I'm sure you know from snowboarding, bindings are like shoes, some will fit you better than others...

Good luck, what's the water temperature there?

Wes

If you want Female graphics try out the Obrian Vixen, which is the same shape (board) as the 03 Cobe. Its a great board!

The Obrien Vixen is a 137, which is the size board you should probably ride anyway.

Stay with a quality board built from one of the big three.
The 3 major board builders also make a a lower cost line that is excellent too.

The bargain boards from places like Wall Mart usually aren't all that much cheaper,, and will break very easily.
Usually the boot/binding fasteners seperating/breaking away from the board.

My girls ride Hyperlites, never any trouble.
If you can handle the cost (pun intended), a good tow handle that doesnt require gloves is an excellent addition to your wakeboard stuff.

I took me years to get the nerve to spend the $$ on one,, and the kids love it.
