OK so me and a couple of my friends are thinking about putting a slider in a canal by our house. There are a couple of problems with this though,

1. The whole thing is cement, so the slider cant be very tall cause cement has never been to nice to me.
2. The water level changes so we are going to need to adjust the height depending on how much water is in it.
3. Its on the city land, where there is no trespassing so we are going to need to build it one place then take it to the canal(needs to be semi-portable).

Does anyone have any ideas on how we can build it(specific designs)? Also will a 4 wheeler pull us or do we need to have a truck/car?

I'm sure that someone has done something like this before so any advise you give will be greatly apreciated!!

I will post some pictures of the canal when I get a chance.

For this I'm think you just need toget 3 55 gal drums and then span them 5 foot apart and then put 2 pieces of 4 by 8 bathboard on there and you gots a slider... My grand design means you will have to ollie up to it but I'm sure it can be modifed to accmadate ur olling height....

Hey thanks, I hadn't even thought about making one like that! I will have to kick that idea around with my buddies and see what they think.
